② When the pressure in the container is completely released, the chain device sends an alarm signal. After the device is disconnected, after 2-3 minutes, turn the safety handle from a horizontal position to a vertical position, and when the bow-shaped gap on the safety disc is in a vertical position, the limit block on the kettle cover can be opened through the kettle cover.

③ Observe the steam stopping and draining device in operation, it should be discharged in time. If the temperature in the upper and lower part of the kettle is more than 40C, emergency measures should be taken to discharge the condensate, if the measures have no effect, immediately stop sending steam and stop running.

④ Operators should strictly implement, vacuum, pressure boosting, constant temperature, and pressure-lowering procedures.

⑤ Safety valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, condensate, level meters, and other safety devices should be completely sensitive and reliable: safety devices should not be dismantled casually, and no safety devices should not be operated.

⑥ The operation should focus on checking the cover body flange, supporting support, condensate discharge, safety devices, and other conditions and make a good record of operation.
