The working principle of pure titanium distillation column is mainly based on mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) technology. During the evaporation process, the solution to be treated is heated to the evaporation temperature and forms a thin film under vacuum conditions, thereby evaporating water from the solution. The evaporated water forms steam and is discharged through the steam outlet. These vapors are then compressed by a compressor to increase their temperature and pressure, and then enter the regenerator. In the regenerator, high-temperature and high-pressure steam comes into contact with low-temperature and low-pressure solution, transferring heat to the solution, causing it to be heated again and releasing more moisture. The solution that releases water becomes more concentrated and then returns to the evaporator through the circulation pump for recycling.
