Suntech Equipment’s New Plant Founded in Gaochun Development Zone of Nanjing

       On the morning of June 28, the new factory of Nanjing Suntech Metal Equipment Co., Ltd. held a foundation laying ceremony as a key project of investment promotion in Gucheng Street, Gaochun Economic Development Zone of Nanjing. Dai Wei, Secretary of the Sub-district Party Working Committee, Zhang Jun, deputy director of the office, Xu Hongbing, director of the Finance Bureau of Gaochun Economic Development Zone, Xing Huakuan, deputy director of the economic and Development Bureau, and the person in charge of Suntech Metal Equipment jointly laid the foundation for the project.     

       Nanjing Suntech Metal Equipment Co., Ltd. plans to invest 260 million yuan, covering an area of 14000 square meters, with a total construction area of 16000 square meters. Three new production and processing lines for pressure vessels were added, and 60 sets of CNC cutting machines, CNC lathes, drilling machines and laser cutting machines were purchased. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in February next year. After putting into operation, the annual production capacity of 300 sets of process equipment can be fabricated. It is expected to achieve an annual sales output value of 200 million yuan and a profit and tax of more than 20 million yuan.
