Completion of desulfurization and desalination scrubber for shipping industry

On August 25, 2018, Nanjing Suntech Metal Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed the first desulphurization and desulphurization scrubber for shipping industry for a well-known European Transport Group Company.

Nickel alloy and super austenitic stainless steel with high corrosion resistance are used as main materials in the desulfurization and desulfurization scrubber, which makes welding very difficult. With the valuable experience accumulated in the field of non-ferrous metal pressure vessel manufacturing, Nanjing Suntech Metal Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the construction of the first desulfurization scrubbing tower within three months with the concerted efforts of the project team, and successfully passed the FAT acceptance. Suntech Metal’s manufacturing, welding and details control were greatly appraised by the owner and our customer.
