Senior welding technician from Suntech Matal went to Korea for welding guidance

On December 5, 2018, Senior Welding Technician Mr. Wang who works in Suntech Metal Equipment took a flight from Shanghai to Busan, Korea, and rushed to a project installation site of a client in Korea. At the request of our client, the replacement and welding of a nozzle on the installation site of nickel-based alloy equipment will be conducted for 5 days on-site welding guidance.

Because of the difficulty in welding nickel-based alloys and the high requirement for welders, there are no personnel with relevant welding experience in the installation site on this project in Korea. Therefore, it is difficult for the personnel in Korean installation site to complete welding work of this material independently. Our senior welding technician has been deeply engaged in the welding of non-ferrous metals for more than 20 years. He is familiar with the welding technology and operation of nickel and nickel alloys, advanced stainless steel, titanium and titanium alloys, zirconium, and even tantalum, and has rich welding experience.
